Initial Consultation | 75 minutes | £80
Your first appointment includes a detailed consultation and your first acupuncture treatment. We’ll talk through your health, symptoms and wider picture before creating a treatment tailored to you. Your appointment may include additional techniques such as fire cupping, electroacupuncture, gua sha or ear seeds, where clinically appropriate.

Follow Up | 50 minutes | £65
Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Fridays at Albany Health in Melton, Woodbridge. If you can’t see a time that works for you below or want to discuss home visits, retreat or event work, please get in touch.
Cancellation Policy
Life can be unpredictable, however to maintain a sustainable practice with appointments available for those who need them, I require 48 hour’s notice via email for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to the full treatment fee. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal. Clothing that can be easily rolled up or adjusted makes it easier to access areas such as the arms and lower legs. You won't need to undress completely, and if any items need to be removed I'll make sure you're appropriately covered throughout your treatment.
Do I need to do anything before my appointment?

There's no special preparation needed. It's best to eat something light beforehand and stay hydrated before and after treatment.
Can I bring someone with me?
If you'd feel more comfortable having someone accompany you, please get in touch before your appointment so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Do you treat men as well as women?

While I have a particular interest in women's health, fertility and hormonal health, acupuncture is for all bodies and I welcome anyone looking for support.
Is acupuncture suitable for children?

Traditional Chinese Medicine offers a number of wonderful modalities to support children’s wellbeing but Restore Acupuncture is currently focused on adult care, including women's health, fertility, pain, stress, sleep and general wellbeing.
